How it goes
A fast first draft
The first version is drafted from what you sent, usually within hours.
Sam checks it against what you sent
Line by line, against what you asked for. Anything guessed wrong gets fixed by hand.
Then it reaches you
You see the first version and decide. Nothing is due unless you keep it or ask for changes.
